Turakina Highland Games
This event includes Highland and National Dancing (both SOBHD and P&D Assn of NZ), Pipe Band competitions, solo piping & drumming, traditional Highland Field Events, children's fun events, the annual Wanganui Harrier Club Road Race, Clan tents, merchant's stalls, food and beverage on site and evening entertainment including a traditional haggis ceremony.

Marton Harvest Festival Craft Fair, 9am - 3pm
